We are looking for a detail-oriented Female Shop Accountant with strong command over Tally software to manage our day-to-day accounting tasks. The ideal candidate must be proficient in updating purchase bills, preparing sales invoices, and generating e-way bills and e-invoices. This role is essential to ensure accurate and timely accounting and GST compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tally Accounting: Daily entries in Tally including purchases, sales, payments, receipts, and journal entries
• Purchase Management: Update and maintain records of all purchase bills with accuracy
• Sales Invoicing: Generate and manage sales invoices in Tally as per company format and GST norms
• E-way & E-invoicing: Generate e-way bills and e-invoices using government portals and integrate with Tally
• Inventory Coordination: Ensure proper inventory records are maintained and reconciled
• Documentation: Maintain proper records of all bills, vouchers, and supporting documents
• Coordination: Work with the sales and store teams to ensure billing accuracy and timely reporting
