We are looking for a skilled Tandoor Cook to prepare delicious tandoori dishes using traditional cooking techniques. The candidate should have experience in handling a tandoor and maintaining quality, taste, and hygiene standards.

• Key Responsibilities:Prepare and cook tandoori items such as roti, naan, kebabs, and tikka
• Operate and manage the tandoor (clay oven) efficiently
• Marinate meats and vegetables as per recipes
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation standards
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
• Monitor stock of ingredients and inform for replenishment
• Follow food safety and kitchen safety guidelines
