Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of Indian grilled dishes, ensuring authenticity and flavor.

• Marinate meats and vegetables using traditional spices and techniques.
• Operate and maintain grilling equipment, including tandoors and charcoal grills.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create and refine menu items.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained in the kitchen.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering of ingredients as needed.

Qualifications: Proven experience as a Grill Chef or in a similar role, with a focus on Indian cuisine.
