Team Lead Insurance

Role OverviewWe are hiring an Insurance & Lending Business Manager who will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling a team of Insurance & Lending Sales Executives (initially a team of 5).

This is a hands-on role that combines:

• Recruitment & people management
• Sales leadership
• Business development
• Partner/tie-up expansion

DEVTA will support with initial tie-ups, systems, and processes. The candidate is expected to optimize commissions and expand partnerships over time.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Hiring & Management

• Hire, onboard, and manage a team of Insurance & Lending Sales Executives
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Monitor performance and ensure productivity
• Conduct regular reviews, training, and motivation sessions

Business Growth & Revenue

• Drive insurance and lending sales through the team
• Ensure achievement of business targets (shared during interview)
• Improve conversion ratios and overall revenue
• Track commissions, payouts, and performance metrics

Tie-ups & Partnerships

• Work with existing DEVTA tie-ups to maximize business
• Identify and establish new insurance & lending partnerships for better commissions
• Coordinate with internal teams for compliance and execution

Process & Reporting

• Maintain sales reports and MIS
• Ensure proper customer handling and after-sales support
• Build scalable processes as the vertical grows
• Who Should ApplyExperience in insurance, lending, or financial services sales
• Prior experience managing a sales team is mandatory
• Strong understanding of targets, incentives, and commission structures
• Entrepreneurial mindset — thinks like a business owner
• Comfortable with hiring, closures, and negotiations
• Local to Gurugram or willing to work on-site

Compensation & GrowthSalary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (fixed)
