Job Description
Hiring for Travel process -Team leader
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Handling team of agents
✔️ Managing customer escalations (refunds, booking issues, complaints)
✔️ Quality monitoring & performance management
✔️ Ensuring smooth resolution & customer satisfaction
Graduates Only
Experience: 1-2 year of work experience as lead or as SME.
Background: Candidates with a travel background are preferred, but those from non-travel backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory.
Salary & Benefits
CTC :- 4,00,000 LPA
Transportation: Cabs are provided for shifts falling during odd hours.
Work Environment
Location: Gurgaon (GGN) Udyog vihar phase 3.
Working Days: 6 days a week.
Shifts: Rotational shifts with rotational week-offs.
Timing: Any 9-hour window between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM
Age Limit: Up to 35 years
