Job Responsibiliies:

• Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and supervise a team to ensure high performance and productivity
• Assign tasks, set targets, and monitor daily work progress
• Ensure team members follow company policies, processes, and quality standards
• Provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations
• Handle escalations and resolve team-level issues effectively
• Coordinate with management to report progress, challenges, and results
• Support training and onboarding of new team members
• Drive team motivation, engagement, and accountability

Skills Required:

• Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree
• Proven experience as a Team Lead, Supervisor, or similar role
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and multitask effectively
• Knowledge of people management and conflict resolution
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
