📌 Experience: 3+ Year (🏗️ Real Estate Industry Only)
🏠 Project Knowledge:
• Residential , Plots
• 🏙️ Luxury & Ultra-Luxury Projects, plots, commercial
• 📐 Plots & Developments
💰 Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000
🎯 Incentives: Up to ₹20,000 (Performance-Based 🚀)
📍 Preferred Location: Gurgaon 🌆
- Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of real estate sales executives
- Assign daily leads and track team performance
- Drive site visits, negotiations, and deal closures
- Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with channel partners and developers
- Handle key clients and high-value closures
- Train, motivate, and mentor team members
- Market analysis.
