Job Description

Person manages daily team activities, ensuring productivity, quality, and goal achievement by leading staff, monitoring performance metrics, resolving issues, coordinating with other departments, and driving process improvements, all while fostering a positive environment and ensuring policy compliance. Key duties involve coaching, training, handling escalations, and analyzing data to optimize workflows.


Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Supervise, motivate, and guide a team to meet departmental and company objectives.
  • Performance Management: Monitor KPIs, conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and implement improvement plans.
  • Operational Oversight: Ensure smooth daily operations, manage workflows, allocate resources, and maintain standards.
  • Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks, analyze data, and implement solutions for increased efficiency.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle customer escalations and complex operational problems, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with other departments (Training, QA, Management) for alignment and goal achievement.
  • Training & Development: Develop team members' skills and capabilities through coaching and training.
  • Policy & Compliance: Enforce company policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance.


Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven leadership and team management experience.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Deep understanding of operations, performance metrics (KPIs, SLAs).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical skills for data interpretation and improvement identification.
