Technical Account Executive (LMS Platform)

About the Job:

We are looking for a smart and responsible individual for our LMS platform, Techhand. You will be the bridge between our technology and our key clients. You do NOT need to be a coder, but you must be "tech-smart" enough to manage app deployments and testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Interaction: Act as the main point of contact for our key clients. Understand their issues and help them use the LMS effectively.
• App Deployment: Manage the publishing and updating of mobile apps on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Testing (QA): Manually test the website and apps to ensure everything is working perfectly before we release it to clients.
• Coordination: Coordinate with the development team to fix bugs reported by you or the clients.

Skills We Are Looking For:

• Communication: Excellent Hindi and English speaking skills are a must for handling clients.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with the Google Play Console and Apple App Store Connect is a huge plus.
• Detail Oriented: You should be able to spot small errors/bugs during testing.
• Problem Solver: Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues independently.
