Technical Recruiter

🚀 We’re Hiring: Technical Recruiter (Full-Time | Work From Office | Gurugram)

We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate must have a strong technical understanding and proven experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, negotiation, and candidate follow-up until joining.

📍 Location

Gurugram / Delhi NCR (Work From Office – 5 Days a Week)

💼 Key Responsibilities

Understand technical job requirements and screen CVs based on JD fit.

Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment channels.

Conduct HR and preliminary screening calls with candidates.

Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and role suitability.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth hiring processes.

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, offer rollout, salary negotiation, and joining follow-ups.

Negotiate compensation and close candidates effectively.

Maintain strong candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.

Track recruitment activities and maintain candidate data in recruitment systems.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent.

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in technical recruitment.

Strong understanding of technical roles (Developers, QA, DevOps, Product, etc.).

Ability to evaluate candidates against technical job requirements.

Excellent spoken and written communication skills.

Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.

Experience using LinkedIn and recruitment platforms for sourcing.

High ownership mindset with strong follow-up and closure skills.

Candidates must be based in Gurugram / Delhi NCR.

⚡ Additional Requirement

Immediate joiners preferred or candidates with very short notice period.
