Job Overview

Transcom is hiring Tech Support Executives for its international voice process supporting. The role involves providing high-quality technical troubleshooting assistance to international customers while ensuring excellent service standards. Candidates with strong English communication skills and prior technical support experience are preferred.

• Key Responsibilities Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to international customers via voice calls.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
• Resolve customer issues accurately while maintaining service quality benchmarks.
• Document customer interactions, updates, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams for resolution of complex technical issues.
• Required Skills Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Mandatory experience in technical support and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts.
• Eligibility Criteria Graduate or Undergraduate candidates may apply.
• Minimum 6 months of International Voice Process experience with Technical Support exposure is mandatory.
• Candidates must reside within a 20 km radius of the office location.
