ROLE OVERVIEW
We are hiring a multi-skilled Technical Support Executive responsible for technical implementation, client support,
platform demos, marketing execution and digital operations across GETWAY services. This dynamic multi-tasking
role requires strong technical aptitude, communication skills and client handling capability. You will work closely with
clients, prospects and internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, automation setup, support and engagement.
A. GETWAY AI CRM – TECHNICAL SUPPORT & DEMOS
1 Provide technical support to CRM users
2 Configure pipelines, workflows, automations, reminders and campaign
3 Manage LMS modules and onboarding
4 Conduct demos and training sessions
5 Troubleshoot issues and guide optimization
B. WEBSITE, FUNNELS & DIGITAL ASSETS
1 Build and manage websites, landing pages, funnels and eCommerce pages
2 Maintain digital assets for company & clients
3 Manage integrations, forms and updates
C. DIGITAL COMMUNICATION PLATFORM SUPPORT
1 Operate and manage:
2 Bulk SMS & RCS Messaging System
3 IVR Calling & Voice Calling Platforms
4 WhatsApp Business API
5 AI Chatbots & AI Voice Agents
6 Handle campaign setup, balance management and API coordination
D. DIGITAL MARKETING & MEDIA EXECUTION
1 Manage social media posting
2 Run lead generation campaigns
3 Execute Meta Ads & Google Ads
4 Create creatives, graphics, reels and basic video edits
E. DEMO, SALES SUPPORT & FOLLOW-UPS
1 Deliver product demos
2 Follow up with prospects
3 Assist in sales closing support
4 Handle payment follow-ups
5 Coordinate with Sales Manager
F. EVENTS & LEAD GENERATION
1 Represent GETWAY at business meetings & conferences
2 Represent Bijendra Saini training ecosystem when required
3 Generate leads through outreach, campaigns and messaging
G. SOCIAL MEDIA & DIGITAL MANAGEMENT
1 Manage company & client digital presence
