Job Title: Field Helper (ISP Operations)

Job Description:

NM Paribas Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated Field Helper to support our technical and fiber installation team in day-to-day field operations. The candidate will assist technicians in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of internet fiber connections at customer locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the fiber technicians in fiber cable installation and maintenance.
• Support in laying cables and connecting fiber lines to customer premises.
• Help in handling tools, equipment, and installation materials at site.
• Travel to different customer locations along with the technical team.
• Ensure proper coordination with the technician during installation work.
• Maintain discipline and follow safety guidelines during field work.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Male candidates only.
• Basic understanding of field work and willingness to learn.
• Physically fit and comfortable with outdoor work.
• Responsible and punctual in work.
