Job Title: Telecounselling ExecutiveRole

OverviewAs a Telecounselling Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective students. Your role is to guide, counsel, and convert inquiries into enrollments through effective communication over calls.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students
• Counsel students about courses offered (aviation, hospitality, travel, customer service, etc.)
• Explain course details, career opportunities, and fee structures
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns
• Maintain and update student database (CRM systems)
• Schedule appointments for center visits or virtual counselling sessions
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly admission targets
• Resolve queries and build trust with potential students
