Tele Counsellor

Job Summary:

The Telecounsellor is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, guiding prospective students about courses offered by Frankfinn, and converting leads into admissions. The role requires strong communication, persuasion skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students from provided leads
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed course information
• Explain programs related to aviation, hospitality, and customer service
• Counsel students and parents regarding career opportunities
• Follow up on leads and maintain a conversion pipeline
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly admission targets
• Maintain accurate records of calls and student interactions in CRM
• Coordinate with center managers and counselors for walk-ins
