We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Tele Counsellor to join our growing team in Gurgaon. If you have strong communication skills and experience in outbound calling, this opportunity is for you!

📍 Job Location:

Gurugram

🕒 Working Hours:

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

6 Days Working (Sunday Fixed Off)

💰 Salary:

Up to ₹25,000 CTC (Based on experience & performance)

🎓 Qualification:

Graduate / 12th Pass (Result in hand mandatory)

💼 Experience:

6 Months – 8 Years in:

• Outbound Calling

• Telesales

• Tele Counselling

• Lead Generation

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers/leads

• Explain products/services and generate interest

• Convert leads into successful enrollments/sales

• Maintain follow-ups and update CRM regularly

• Achieve daily & monthly targets

• Excellent Hindi & English communication skills

• Confident and persuasive personality

• Target-oriented mindset

• Basic computer knowledge
