Job Description
Hiring: Tele Counsellor – Domestic
📍 Location: Gurgaon, Sector 18
🕒 Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days Working)
⏰ Office Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
📅 Weekly Off: Sunday
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Education: Graduate preferred
Undergraduates can also apply (Minimum 12th Pass with result in hand)
💼 Experience Required
6 months to 8 years of experience
Experience in Outbound Telecalling / Telesales / Lead Generation preferred
🔹 Key Requirements
Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
Experience in outbound calling and lead generation process
Ability to handle tele counselling and customer interaction effectively
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
🚫 Travel Requirement
No travel required
💰 Compensation
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 CTC per month
