Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to contribute to generating sales and maintaining good customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, explaining our products/services, and handling inquiries professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company products/services.
• Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries effectively.
• Follow up with leads and maintain a strong pipeline.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details in the system.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
