Position: IVF Caller

Location: Baby Bloom IVF Centre, Gurugram

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year

Joining: Immediate

Accommodation: Provided

Key Responsibilities:

1.     Patient Communication:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to IVF inquiries.
• Counsel patients about IVF procedures, treatments, and services offered at the clinic.
• Address patient queries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.

2.     Appointment Scheduling:

• Manage patient appointment bookings efficiently.
• Coordinate between doctors and patients for seamless scheduling.

3.     Follow-ups:

• Maintain regular follow-ups with potential and ongoing patients.
• Provide timely reminders for consultations, tests, and procedures.

4.     Record Management:

• Update and maintain patient records and call logs accurately.
• Work closely with the clinic's CRM system to ensure smooth communication.

5.     Collaboration:

• Coordinate with the clinical and administrative teams to provide excellent patient care.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience working in an IVF hospital or related healthcare setting.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Empathy: Ability to handle sensitive topics related to infertility with care and understanding.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM tools and basic MS Office.
• Availability: Immediate joiner.
