Telecaller

We are hiring Telecallers / Tele Executives to support its elder care and community development initiatives. The role involves outbound and inbound calling to senior citizens and their families, providing information about programs, healthcare services, memberships, and engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound telecalling to senior citizens and caregivers for awareness of elder care programs
• Handling inbound calls related to services, memberships, events, and support
• Explain community initiatives, healthcare services, and engagement activities clearly
• Maintain call logs, CRM updates, and daily calling reports
• Follow up with interested prospects and coordinate with internal teams
• Collect feedback and support registrations for programs and activities
• Ensure polite, empathetic, and professional communication with elderly clients

Candidate Profile

• Education: Graduate / Undergraduate (Any stream)
• Experience: 1-2 years in Telecalling / Customer Support / Call Center / Outreach
• Languages: Fluency in Hindi and English (Mandatory)
