Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls:

• Make outbound collection calls to customers with delinquent accounts in lower buckets.
• Follow up with customers regarding payment reminders and settlements.

Account Management:

• Manage and maintain a portfolio of delinquent accounts.
• Update customer accounts with relevant information and payment arrangements.
• Track and record payment commitments.

Customer Interaction:

• Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding account status, payment options, and due dates.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and disputes.

Negotiation:

• Negotiate payment plans and settlements within company guidelines.
• Offer flexible payment options to customers facing financial difficulties.

Compliance

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding debt collection.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Reporting:

• Prepare and submit regular reports on collection activities, including successful recoveries and outstanding accounts.
• Monitor performance metrics and strive to meet collection targets.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the Collections Manager and other team members to optimize collection strategies.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
