📌 Profile: TeleSales Consultant

📍 Location: Gurgaon – Sector 32

🎓 Experience: 0–6 months

💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers using manual/auto dialers

• Connect with customers who have shown interest in used small commercial vehicles

• Understand customer requirements and recommend the nearest 91 Truck Store

• Schedule customer visits and ensure proper follow-ups

• Provide customer support and resolve queries

• Handle data entry and maintain records in Google Sheets

• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth operations

• Achieve performance targets (quality & productivity)

💻 Note: Laptop is mandatory

🗣️ Language: Hindi communication is okay (English is not mandatory)
