Telecaller

Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about products/services.
• Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
• Maintain a database of customer interactions and update CRM systems.
• Address customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations team for closures
