Telecaller

We are looking for a passionate and persuasive Telecaller to support our fundraising efforts. The role involves reaching out to potential donors, explaining our ongoing projects, and encouraging contributions to support meaningful causes.

Make outbound calls to potential and existing donors

Clearly explain the NGO’s mission, ongoing projects, and impact

Build trust and emotional connection with donors

Encourage donations and guide donors through the contribution process

Maintain accurate records of calls, donor responses, and follow-ups

Handle donor queries and provide relevant information professionally

Follow up with interested donors to maximize conversions

Meet daily/weekly/monthly fundraising targets
