Telecalling Executive
Employment Type: Full-time
- Job Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
- Follow up with interested customers to close sales
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets
- Requirements:Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass (Graduate preferred)
- Good communication skills in Hindi / English / local language
- Freshers preferred
