📞Job Title: Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive (ARCIS e-services Pvt. Ltd.)

📍Location: 415 , Udyog Vihar Phase 3 Gurgaon 

💼Experience: Minimum 6 months

🎓Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)

💰Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 CTC (Based on skill set) + Attractive Incentives

(₹24,000 CTC for Malayalam and Kannada Caller)

⏰Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Work Hours: Mon-Sat (Rotational Off), 9am-6pm

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services

• Handle inbound customer queries in a professional manner

• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team

• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information

• Follow up with interested prospects to close sales

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets

🎯Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication skills

• Strong convincing and negotiation ability

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM tools)
