🏢 Role OverviewWe are looking for a Backend Telecaller with excellent communication skills to support our real estate sales operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling client calls, managing leads, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring smooth backend processes.

• 🔥 Key ResponsibilitiesHandle outbound and inbound calls with clients professionally
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular client communication
• Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and meetings
• Maintain and update CRM/data records accurately
• Share project details and basic information with clients
• Ensure proper lead management and follow-up tracking
• Assist in backend support for sales processes
• ✅ Key RequirementsMinimum 1+ year of experience in telecalling / backend / customer support
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, polite, and customer-focused approach
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools
• Ability to handle multiple calls and follow-ups efficiently
• Good organizational and coordination skills
• ⭐ Preferred (Good to Have)Experience in real estate / property sales support
• Understanding of lead handling and client coordination
