We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our growing team in the furniture industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales through telephonic communication, understanding customer needs, providing product information, and converting leads into orders. Prior experience in furniture, home décor, or interior-related industries will be an added advantage.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads provided by the marketing team.
• Pitch furniture products and explain their features, benefits, and pricing.
• Understand customer needs and offer suitable products from the catalog.
• Follow up on leads, quotations, and inquiries to close sales.
• Maintain a daily record of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM.
• Handle customer objections professionally and resolve basic concerns.
• Coordinate with the design and delivery team for smooth order processing.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the sales manager.
• Share market feedback and customer insights with the marketing team.
• Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience as a telesales representative or similar sales/customer service role.
• Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
• Ability to handle rejection and stress in a high-paced sales environment.
• Good listening and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of furniture products, materials, and finishes is a plus.
• Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream).
