Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers
Provide proper information about travel packages and services
Maintain customer records and follow-ups
Manage backend office work and documentation
Work on computer systems including Excel and MS Word
Coordinate with team members for smooth operations
Tele calling maketing to our regular and New agents
Do cold calling on agents
Required Skills:
Basic communication skills in English and Hindi
Good speaking and listening ability
Basic computer knowledge
Must know MS Excel and MS Word
Ability to manage office work and multitasking
