Telecaller For Dryclean Brand

• Understand laundry and dry clean business in detail
• Manage day-to-day incoming calling and queries
• Handle premium customers professionally and explain them our Services perfectly and make them understand why we are different in the Market.
• Generate orders through outbound calls to potential leads and existing customers for order conversion and follow-ups Coordinate with the stores for new

orders and existing orders delivery

• Maintain transparency with customers regarding pricing, services, and turnaround time Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to drive repeat business.

Preferred candidate profile

Fluent or average in English and Hindi

confident enough to handle customers and generate new orders through calling

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in handling premium or high-value customers
• Ability to perform outbound sales calls and convert leads into orders
• Prior experience as a telesales caller or in retail/service operations preferred
• Basic computer knowledge (billing software, WhatsApp, Excel)
• Professional attitude with problem-solving skills
