We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller to join our Contract Sales team. If you have strong communication skills and a passion for sales, this is a great opportunity to grow in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead generation through outbound calls
• Client follow-ups and relationship building
• Explaining scaffolding rental & sales solutions
• Scheduling meetings for the sales team
• Maintaining data in CRM/Excel

Requirements:

• 6 months – 2 years of telecalling/sales experience
• Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
• Sales-driven mindset with convincing ability
