We operate at the intersection of hyperlocal commerce, community-led growth, and tech-enabled supply chains. Telemarketing at MatAll is not a backend function — it’s the company’s outreach and growth engine.

About the role:

• Speech shall be clear, confident and engaging.
• Shall be comfortable in managing volume and quality.
• Decent hold on MS Office tools.
• Candidate shall preferably have prior experience in B2C environment.
• Previous experience in any inbound or outbound process (domestic) is preferred.

About working mode:

• Working days - 6 days a week WFO
• Work timing - 9 AM - 6 PM (With some flexibility)
