Telecaller Outbound

Job Role:

We are hiring Tele Counsellors for our client in the Aviation Industry. The candidate will be responsible for calling interested candidates and guiding them to attend counselling sessions. Leads will be provided.

Job Responsibilities:

• Outbound calling on provided leads

• Explain aviation training programs to candidates

• Convince candidates to attend counselling sessions

• Regular follow-ups with candidates

• Maintain call records

Eligibility:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Result in hand)

• Undergraduates can apply

• Age: 18 – 34 Years

• Male & Female both can apply

• Minimum 6 Months experience in Telecalling / BPO / Telesales required

Skills Required:

• Good communication in Hindi & English

• Clear speech and pronunciation

• Confident and talkative personality

• Good convincing skills

Work Details:

• 6 Days Working (Monday – Saturday)

• Timing: 10 AM – 7 PM

• Sunday Fixed Off

• No Field Work
