Telecaller Outbound

**JOB DESCRIPTION – COLLECTION EXECUTIVE**

**Location:** Gurugram

**Department:** Collections

**Salary:** ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 NTH + Performance Incentives

**Job Overview:**

We are hiring a result-oriented Collection Executive responsible for outbound calls to customers for overdue payment recovery and ensuring monthly collection targets are achieved.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Make outbound calls for payment collection

* Maintain regular follow-ups for higher recovery rates

* Explain outstanding dues and settlement options

* Update call details and status in CRM/system

* Resolve customer queries professionally

* Follow company and legal compliance guidelines

**Eligibility:**

* Minimum 1 year experience in Collections/Telecalling/Debt Recovery

* 12th Pass (Graduation preferred)

* Good communication and negotiation skills
