Job Description
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases or leads
- Explain real estate projects, property details, pricing, and offers to customers
- Generate and qualify leads and schedule site visits for the sales team
- Follow up with interested clients via calls, WhatsApp, or emails
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead conversion targets
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for lead updates
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
