Job Description

Make outbound calls to prospective plot owners and verify their requirements.

  • Present RECON’s service offerings, value proposition, and engagement model clearly and professionally.
  • Schedule qualified meetings for the Sales/Consulting team.
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate conversation logs and lead statuses.
  • Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email to convert them into active inquiries.
  • Address basic queries related to construction process, builder engagement models, pricing, and timelines (training will be provided).
  • Share brochures, videos, and service details as per communication flow.
  • Meet weekly and monthly outreach and conversion targets.
  • Collect customer insights to help improve service offerings and sales scripts.
