Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales/Telecalling Executive to connect with potential customers, explain our products/services, and generate sales or leads over the phone. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to handle customer objections effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers

Explain products/services and answer customer queries

Generate leads and convert them into sales

Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-ups

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions

Follow up with interested leads to close sales

Maintain professional and positive communication with customers

• Requirements:
• Proven experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service (preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good convincing and negotiation abilities
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools is a plus)
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Fluency in Hindi and/or English (additional languages are a plus)

• Qualifications:
• Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate (any field)
