Job Title: Telecaller Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecalling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, explaining products or services, and generating leads or sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Handle inbound customer queries professionally.
• Explain company products/services clearly.
• Generate leads and follow up on pending inquiries.
• Maintain and update customer database records.
• Coordinate with the sales team for conversions.
• Handle customer complaints politely and effectively.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills in Hindi and Basic English.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.

Qualification:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
• Experience in telecalling or customer service is an advantage.
