Telecalling Executive

We are hiring a Telecalling Executive to handle incoming calls and follow up on leads generated from Facebook and Google Ads. The primary responsibility will be to explain our courses to potential students and help them understand the benefits of our training programs.

Responsibilities:

• Call and follow up on leads from online ads.
• Explain course details and answer queries.
• Provide accurate information and guide students through the enrollment process.
• Maintain a record of conversations and updates.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Confidence in speaking over the phone.
• Basic computer knowledge for data entry.
• Ability to understand and explain course details effectively.
• Previous experience in tele-calling or sales is a plus.
