Tele counsellor – Domestic Process
Company: Frankfinn Aviation Services Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Gurgaon, Sector 18
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 (In-hand)+ attractive unlimited incentives
About the RoleFrankfinn is looking for energetic and confident Tele counsellors who can connect with students over calls and guide them about career opportunities in aviation, hospitality, and customer service industries.
If you enjoy talking to people, convincing them, and helping them make career decisions, this role is perfect for you.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to interested candidates.
- Explain course details and career opportunities.
- Generate and qualify leads.
- Convince and schedule students for counselling.
- Maintain call records and follow-ups.
- EligibilityMinimum 12th pass (graduates preferred).
- 6 months to 8 years experience in:
- Tele calling
- Tele sales
- Lead generation
- Good communication in Hindi and English.
- Work DetailsWorking Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days)
- Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Sunday: Fixed off
