Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers for real estate projects.
- Generate and qualify leads through effective communication.
- Explain project details and handle customer queries.
- Maintain and update lead data in the system.
- Follow up with interested prospects to drive conversions.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for closures.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of real estate telecalling/dialing experience (mandatory)
- Good command over English
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Target-oriented and proactive approach
