Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:Handle all incoming and outgoing telephone calls in a professional and polite manner
  • Direct calls to the appropriate departments or personnel efficiently
  • Maintain a log of important calls and messages
  • Take accurate messages and ensure timely delivery to concerned persons
  • Provide basic information to callers regarding services, events, or office details
  • Manage and operate EPABX / telephone systems
  • Coordinate with internal departments for call transfers and queries
  • Handle inquiries and resolve basic concerns or escalate when required
  • Ensure proper telephone etiquette at all times
  • Assist at the reception/front desk when required
