Role: Insurance Advisor – Tele Sales

Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)

CTC: Up to ₹3.6 LPA Fixed + Upto 2 LPA Variable

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Weekoff : Rotational

Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Batch – 1st Feb 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell Motor Insurance.
• Understand customer financial goals and recommend the right insurance products.
• Explain policy features, benefits, and terms with clarity and confidence.
• Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM tools.
• Handle queries, objections, and follow-ups professionally and empathetically.

Requirements

• Graduate with excellent English communication skills.
• Motor Insurance Experience Mandatory ( 4 wheeler Preferable )
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in Tele Sales / Insurance Sales preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills are also welcome.
• Energetic, target-oriented, and confident in handling customer objections.
• Strong persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
