Telesales Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a result-oriented Loan Sales Executive to drive sourcing and sales of Business Loans (BL), Personal Loans (PL), Home Loans (HL), and Loan Against Property (LAP). The role involves identifying and acquiring new customers through loan segment, referrals, channel partners, and Self generating leads, understanding customer financial requirements, and offering appropriate loan solutions. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end loan sales coordination including document collection, KYC verification, login of loan files and banks NBFC, and follow-up with credit and operations teams to ensure timely loan approvals and disbursements. Achieving assigned sales targets, maintaining strong relationships with customers and DSAs, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines are key aspects of the role.
