Job Title: Tele-Sales Executive

Location: Gurgaon

Shift: Day Shift / Rotational Shift

Working Days: 6 days a week (1 rotational off)

Salary: 16,000 – 30,000 CTC + Attractive Incentives

(Final CTC depends on interview performance and process)

Key Responsibilities

• Sell products/services to pre-qualified leads (no cold calling).
• Explain product features, benefits, and services clearly to customers.
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for cross-selling and renewals.
• Eligibility Criteria Undergraduates, Graduates, Post-Graduates, MBA (0–3 years of experience).
• Excellent communication and selling skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Confident, energetic, and presentable individuals preferred
