Telesales Executive

We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Telesales Executive to join our growing team! If you love talking to people, convincing customers, and earning performance-based incentives, this role is perfect for you

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads
• Explain products/services clearly and confidently
• Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions
• Follow up with interested prospects to close sales
• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in CRM or Excel
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Handle customer objections professionally
• Coordinate with the sales and support team when required
• Requirements & SkillsExcellent communication skills (Hindi & basic English preferred)
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
• Comfortable with calling and speaking to new people
• Basic knowledge of computers, CRM, or MS Excel
• Positive attitude and result-driven mindset
• Freshers are welcome (training will be provided)
