Telesales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to patients and leads provided by the hospital.

Promote hospital services, packages & appointment bookings.

Explain treatment/doctor availability details clearly and professionally.

Follow up with patients to convert enquiries into bookings.

Maintain call records & update CRM on a daily basis.

Handle patient queries politely with empathy.

Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets.

Good communication skills (English).

Confident & polite tone while speaking with patients.

Ability to work in a target-based calling role.

Basic computer knowledge & call handling skills.

Healthcare telesales experience preferred (not mandatory).
