Telesales Executive

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Inbound Tele Sales Executive to handle incoming calls and inquiries related to bookings, packages, and activities at Elevates Adventure Sports Park. This role is inbound only with no sales targets. The focus is on providing accurate information, handling customer queries, and ensuring smooth booking coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp queries, and walk-in inquiries professionally
• Explain packages, inclusions, pricing, and offers clearly to customers
• Assist customers with booking confirmations and online payment guidance
• Address customer doubts and concerns politely and patiently
• Coordinate with operations team for booking schedules and availability
• Maintain accurate call and booking records
• Follow standard scripts, SOPs, and communication guidelines
• Ensure a positive customer experience at every interaction
• Sales & Targets:This is an inbound support and sales coordination role
• No hard sales targets or pressure
• Focus is on service quality and correct information sharing

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi
• Customer-friendly and calm personality
• Basic knowledge of computer systems and calling tools
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently
• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or tele-calling is an advantage
