🎯 Job Role:We are looking for Hindi-speaking Telesales Executives with prior sales experience to promote and sell health supplements over outbound/inbound calls.

This role is NON-TARGET BASED and focused on quality conversations and customer education.

• 🧑‍💼 Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound & outbound calls with potential customers
• Explain health supplement products clearly in Hindi
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Close sales politely and professionally
• Maintain call quality, discipline, and basic CRM updates
• Follow company sales process and compliance guidelines
• ✅ Eligibility Criteria:Sales experience mandatory (Telesales / Telecalling / Call Center)
• Fluent Hindi communication (English basic understanding is a plus)
• Experience in health, wellness, pharma, or supplement sales preferred
• Confident voice, clear pronunciation, and convincing skills
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
