Job DescriptionSunGrid Projects India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic Solar Telecaller to connect with residential and commercial customers, explain solar rooftop systems, and generate qualified leads for the sales team.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to residential & commercial customers for solar rooftop systems (On-Grid / Hybrid)
- Explain solar benefits, savings, subsidies, and net metering in simple language
- Generate leads and schedule site visits / sales meetings
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain call records
- Handle inbound calls and customer inquiries related to solar systems
- Coordinate with sales & technical teams for closures
- Achieve daily calling and lead generation targets
